G20 Ends Without Firm Climate Commitments

G20 leaders have concluded their two-day summit in Rome with an agreement to limit global warming to 1 point 5 degrees celsius and pledged to end financing for coal plants abroad. But, the world's largest economies failed to agree on specific targets for achieving carbon neutrality. VOA White House Bureau Chief Patsy Widakuswara reports.
